1. Introduction

Usage Rights: Upon full payment for services rendered, The Artistic Lensman LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs or videos for personal or commercial purposes as agreed upon at the time of purchase. Any use beyond the scope of the agreed terms, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, display, or creation of derivative works, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from The Artistic Lensman LLC.
3. User Obligations
3.1. Compliance: You agree to comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to your use of our services.
3.2. Prohibited Uses: You may not use The Artistic Lensman LLC's services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to, in the use of the services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Indemnification

6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. Governing Law: These ToS and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee.
6.2. Arbitration: Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these ToS shall be finally settled by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

The Artistic Lensman LLC reserves the right to update and change the ToS from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the ToS. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
